What makes HolyShift different from other gyms?

HolyShift prioritizes you and your lifestyle. Our goal is to always accommodate you and your needs in a way that will allow you to achieve your targets and build a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. All our programs are customizable to fit your needs. 

HolyShift is also a place where you will always feel a sense of home and community. We aim to always give you a sense of comfort that will allow you to approach your health with a new perspective. 

Can I workout alone?

Yes. You can certainly workout on your own. Our coach is always around for help and tips but you can definitely use the space on your own. 

I have an injury but I am scared to start, what do I do?

First thing to do is to come in for your assessment with your entire health history. We will take it step by step with you and see how we can help you start working out again. The program is entirely customized to you and we will make sure your rehabilitation remains fun and that the changes are sustainable! 

What is a customized program?

A customized program is one that gets adapted to your level, your goals, and even your day! We take into consideration everyone’s level and capabilities and help them improve their physical health in its entirety while keeping your goals in mind. 

Do I still get my own workout if I train in a small group?

Yes! You still get your own program even if you workout with others. 

Coins & Payments

How can I pay? 

You can pay in cash, visa, or through bank transfers. Ask us for details! 

Can I share my coins with someone else?

Yes. Coins can always be shared with friends and family. The more the merrier! 

Can I use my coins for nutrition and fitness?

Definitely! The point of the coins is to keep it all flexible. You can use the coins for fitness, whether it’s one to one, small group, online, or big groups, AND you can use them for nutrition. The goals is to give you access to everything through the coins. 

I can’t afford bigger packages, but I want to workout several times a week.

If you’re interested in a bigger package, you can always pay in installments. Installments for 30-60 coin packages can be paid within 30 days, 100-200 coins can be paid within 60 days.

What is Behavior-Based nutrition?

Behavior-based nutrition is exactly what it sounds like! We focus on changing your behavior and how you approach food, your body, and your overall health. We do not give you the run of the mill meal plan and let you do it on your own, we go back to the roots, we look at your values, your current lifestyle and your goals. We make sure you develop new and sustainable habits that will change the way you see food and your nutrition for good!

Can I only get nutrition or do I also need to workout?

Yes, you can definitely only join the nutrition program on its own. While we definitely encourage a well rounded approach to your health, you can choose to take only nutrition or fitness training. We understand that everyone has their own targets and we will help you achieve them however you choose to do it!  This is a frequently asked question?
